It looks kind of like a Mycedium species but the photo may be misleading and I have never seen one except in pictures. I didn't even notice the Xenia, I was too busy looking at the Favia.
It's not really the size that needed to be reduced but the JPG's compressed. You should be able to get a 1024x768 picture down to 65k without any noticeable quality loss. Take FRED for instance he is 68k
